Membership Options
Have you been thinking about joining Svelte Performance? We’ve updated our membership pricing, so you can start your fitness journey with us the way you want at the price you want.
Individual Limited Access Membership
Our budget friendly, limited access membership gives access to our community who only want or need access to our top of the line equipment and facilities.
Includes Svelte Membership and 24/7 access to open gym equipment.
Individual All Access Membership
Our best value, all access membership gives our community the biggest value – providing access to everything our gym has to offer.
Includes use of 24-hour gym, unlimited studio fitness classes, and access to recovery amenities.
Family Membership
The Family Membership includes our individual all access membership benefits for two people living at the same address.
Membership Policies
Door Access Policy
Door access is required if you anticipate using the facility outside of traditional operation hours (7:00am-6:00pm). After purchasing a membership, you may request door access by contacting us at admin@svelteperformance.co. Please provide the following information in the access request email: your first and last name and an email address. Svelte Performance reserves the right to revoke a member’s door access at any point in time, regardless of membership status.
Membership Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, your account must be in good standing and written notice must be provided via our cancellation request form. Cancellation requests are effective 30-days from the date of the request. Your account is responsible for any auto payments that may occur within that 30-day timeframe. As such, we strongly recommend reviewing your billing date and submitting your cancellation request prior to the billing date. Cancellation requests may be submitted here.
Refund & Fees Policy
Svelte Performance does not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to memberships or personal training packages. If your method of payment is declined due to insufficient funds, Svelte Performance will add a $25.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
Final Notice Policy
If Svelte Performance does not receive membership fees for three (3) consecutive months, the account holder will be notified and Svelte Performance reserves the right to transfer your debt to a collections agency.
Studio Fitness Policies
No Show Policy
If you reserve a spot in a studio fitness class and do not attend, Svelte Performance will add a $25.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
Late Cancel Policy
If you cancel your reservation in a studio fitness class within a specified window, Svelte Performance will add a $15.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
