All memberships at Svelte Performance include 24-hour access to our newly renovated facility, unlimited studio fitness classes and unlimited access to our recovery amenities.
Door access is required if you anticipate using the facility outside of traditional operation hours (7:00am-6:00pm). After purchasing a membership, you may request door access by contacting us at [email protected]. Please provide the following information in the access request email: your first and last name and an email address. Svelte Performance reserves the right to revoke a member’s door access at any point in time, regardless of membership status.
If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, your account must be in good standing and written notice must be provided via email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests are effective 30-days from the date of the request. Your account is responsible for any autopayments that may occur within that 30-day timeframe. As such, we strongly recommend reviewing your billing date and requesting your cancellation prior to the billing date.
Svelte Performance does not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to memberships or personal training packages. If your method of payment is declined due to insufficient funds, Svelte Performance will add a $25.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
If Svelte Performance does not receive membership fees for three (3) consecutive months, the account holder will be notified and Svelte Performance reserves the right to transfer your debt to a collections agency.
If you reserve a spot in a studio fitness class and do not attend, Svelte Performance will add a $25.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
If you cancel your reservation in a studio fitness class within a specified window, Svelte Performance will add a $15.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
