Svelte Performance offers a variety of boutique-style group fitness classes. All of our classes are in a small group ratio to ensure you are getting the attention you need from the instructor. Classes are one hour. Jump start your fitness journey and reserve a spot in class today! Water is available for purchase.

Strength & Conditioning:

Svelte is a strength & conditioning gym focused on building the basics of weightlifting for every individual, no matter your experience-level. Each class will focus on different lifts. No matter the focus, the workout is sure to be a good one!

Women’s Barbell:

Svelte’s all-women lifting class is focused on building a community of strong women. Each class will focus on a different lift and the accessory exercises to enhance strength in those lifts.

Mobility Flow:

Designed to enhance the mobility of all our major lifts at Svelte Performance, this class is a slow movement designed specifically to prepare and recover your body for full benefits of your training program.

Warfare Powerlifiting:

Svelte’s members only class is designed to get you to the next level with your 3 main lifts – Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press. Whether you compete or not, come join us.

Weekend Warrior:

Kickstart your weekend with this full-body, give it your all class! Class includes tabata, weightlifting, and more.
