Resistance Interval Plyometrics
RIP – A 60 minute paced circuit training using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells. We consider this a strength and conditioning class.
Women’s Barbell
A 60 minute women’s only weight lifting class focusing on the fundamentals of power, strength and high volume.
HIIT45
A 45 minute full body high intensity interval training.
Stretching for Strength
A 60 minute class that focuses on building mobility, range of motion and restoring the body to continue to properly lift.
