
You will need Kisi door access at all times (access times out if you use the facilities in-between workouts). After purchasing your membership, please request door access by texting your full name and email address to 214-244-8008. Once your request is received and processed, access will be granted through the Kisi system. Svelte Performance reserves the right to modify or revoke door access at any time, regardless of membership status.
If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, your account must be in good standing and written notice must be provided via email to: [email protected]. Cancellation requests are effective 30-days from the date of the request. Your account is responsible for any auto payments that may occur within that 30-day timeframe. As such, we strongly recommend reviewing your billing date and submitting your cancellation request prior to the billing date.
Svelte Performance does not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to memberships or personal training packages. If your method of payment is declined due to insufficient funds, Svelte Performance will add a $25.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
If Svelte Performance does not receive membership fees for three (3) consecutive months, the account holder will be notified and Svelte Performance reserves the right to transfer your debt to a collections agency.
If you reserve a spot in a studio fitness class and do not attend, Svelte Performance will add a $25.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
If you cancel your reservation in a studio fitness class within a specified window, Svelte Performance will add a $15.00 fee to your membership account for each occurrence.
